Dimitra, goddess of agriculture, blessed the fertile farms of "Geromilos," or ancient mill, which have been owned by the Spiliotopoulos family for many centuries.  Superb grapes flourish in the rocky soil of the vineyards here, nurtured by the pure waters of the spring of St. Paul, and warmed by the Mediterranean sun.

For Dimitra red, the French Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varietals are blended together and aged in new oak.  This masterful blend produced a full bodied wine of astonishing bouquet, highlighted by ripe fruit and a hint of vanilla.  The deep ruby color and palate pleasing flavors make this wine irresistible.  Pair it with your favorite roast meats, stews, or cheeses for an elegant repast.

For Dimitra white, native Assyrtico grapes grow side by side with the French Chardonnay which are blended together and aged briefly in new oak.  This masterful blend produces a flavorful wine with a delightful perfume, flavors of fresh fruit, and a long, satisfying finish. Pair it with your favorite fish, light meats or even fruits for an elegant meal.

Take a sip, close your eyes, and who knows?  You may catch a glimpse of Dimitra smiling knowingly at you!
